Managing Feelings: Theirs & Yours

It is essential for veterinary professionals in any role to understand their emotions and their responses to those emotions. Building awareness of feelings within your veterinary teams—both theirs and yours—is a key part of managing conflict successfully. This course reviews how to identify emotions involved in a conflict and how to manage those emotions before taking steps to resolve them.

In Part II of this four-part CE certificate series, learn to build awareness of emotions and emotional responses to conflict in veterinary teams. This course explores how to identify your emotions in a conflict situation, understand the emotions of others in conflict situations, know what healthy versus unhealthy responses to conflict look like and why, and more.
