Communicating Across Cultures

This course introduces Cross-Cultural Communication and how to navigate cultural differences in a veterinary setting. In today's interconnected world, the ability to communicate across cultural boundaries is more important than ever. It facilitates understanding across and beyond linguistic and geographical borders leading to more tolerance, acceptance, and ultimately, stronger relationships amongst individuals of diverse backgrounds! Educating yourself on the fundamentals of intercultural communication, such as language and gestures, are important pieces to expanding your knowledge of diverse cultures.
