Preparing for Conflict: Emotional Intelligence & Communication
Ally Allen
Learning to communicate clearly through conflict can be one of the most challenging parts of veterinary team management. In order to reach resolution, you need tools to navigate these common conversations. These tools are the kind of thing none of us learned in school. Our goal is for every team member to have the skills they need to handle conflict on their own. This course dives into how to be maximally effective when we engage in conflict conversations.
In Part III of this four-part CE certificate series, learn how to be prepared for conflict conversations in your veterinary practice. This course explores how you can develop a plan for the conversation, approaches to take during the conversation, tools to support active listening and more.
